Physical activities are of paramount importance for the development and well-being of the human body. The act of walking, running, playing sports and thinking are ways you can exercise your body.
During the infant period, physical activities are essential. They must be practiced whether in sports, at school or even playing.
In today's post, we've separated a lesson plan from a circuit for early childhood education, so you can exercise your kids and encourage them to practice more and more physical activities.
Target Audience:
Child from nursery school to 4 years old
Goals
– Work in groups and learn coexistence rules, such as waiting your turn, winning and losing.
– Develop body skills (jumping, turning somersaults, etc.).
Necessary material
Mat, rope and obstacles for children to jump, such as rings and hula hoops.
Flexibilization
To ensure the participation of children in wheelchairs in this activity, the educator will have to have someone who can push the chair. Ideally, colleagues themselves fulfill this role. The teacher can organize a rotation to push the chair in some parts of the course, such as the passage under the ropes. Of course, at this point, the rope should be raised, but not enough so that the child doesn't have to make any moves. If she is able to lower her head or bend her torso, these movements should be proposed.
Development
In the courtyard, set up a circuit with various materials: stretch ropes and ask the little ones to go underneath without touching on them, put hula hoops on the floor and tell them to jump from one to another and guide them to do somersaults on mats. Present what needs to be done throughout the circuit and accompany the children through each of the challenges, preventing them from being afraid or hurting themselves.
Assessment
Observe the difference in the participation of each child in face of the proposed bodily challenges to plan the next activities involving greater and lesser difficulties.
