However, for each virtual document generation process, a basic information record is required and some specific requirements defined by each state in Brazil. Keep reading and check out each process.
1. RG
In most states, the government provides a specific application for consulting the RG online. However, states such as Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais, Acre, Amazonas, Pará, Maranhão, Ceará, Bahia and some others still do not issue the Virtual RG, according to their press offices.
Therefore, it is important that you check individually how it works where you live and how you can obtain this document virtually.
2. Digital CPF
Regarding the CPF, you can only obtain proof of the document in the online format, through the CPF Digital application. This is a valid format for all legal rights, because currently there is no production of the physical card for the Individual Taxpayer Registration.
Thus, it is necessary to inform your personal data for registration, such as, for example, the official identification document with a photo of the legal representative, if you are a minor.
3. Digital Work Card
The digital CTPS application allows the issuance of the virtual Work Card throughout the national territory for people registered in the Individual Registry.
Soon, all the information provided in the physical version will be present in the application, in digital form, such as labor records, PIS/Pasep number and employment contracts. However, despite the virtual document replacing the printed version since 2019, there is still no permission to use it as civil identification.
4. voter ID
The e-Título application needs some personal data, such as the mother's name and CPF, to validate the digital voter title. Thus, it serves as a substitute for the physical version during elections, allowing it to be presented when voting.
In addition, in the application you can obtain other important information and proofs, such as electoral discharge certificate, polling places, registration number and regularization of the situation of the title.
5. CNH Digital and CRLV Digital
The National Driver's License (CNH) and the Vehicle Registration and Licensing Certificate (CRLV) can be digitally stored in the Carteira Digital de Trânsito application. Therefore, drivers who have a QR Code on the back of their CNH can use this service, but to do so, they need to create a Gov.br account.
After that, a confirmation will be made in the driver register for the generation of the Digital CNH. In the application, the CRLV can be obtained after filling in the Renavam number field, which you can find at the top of the car document. Then, after entering the information, the application automatically generates a digital version.
