Have you heard about Solidarity economy? Do not know what it is? So let us explain to you. The Solidarity Economy is nothing more than an autonomous means of helping human resources, aiming at reducing inequalities in the long term. It can also be considered as a group of economic actions, of production, distribution, consumption, savings and also credit.
Furthermore, it is able to give a new meaning to profit, modifying all work and transforming it into some benefit for the whole society, and not just for a considerable part of it.

Within the capitalist economy, one thing is obvious: those who achieve success only accumulate benefits for themselves, whereas those who constantly lose only gain disadvantages. However, for a vision of complete equality to be accessible, all participants would need to adopt solidary and non-competitive attitudes, as is currently the case.
However, the Solidarity Economy can only be organized in a scenario of equality. The initiation button for this resource is the association between equals and non-equals.
In this way, in the production cooperative, a solidary company model, all individuals who hold the position of partners would receive the same share of capital, and all votes would have the same authority when making decisions.
However, if there is a need to elect directors, they will be chosen according to the decision of the majority, and will have full responsibility before them when rendering accounts. In this case, there would be no competition between company members, but if the company were to advance, everyone would receive the same benefits.
In short, the focus of the Solidarity Economy is to considerably reduce inequality within the country in which it is applied. However, by all indications, there would not be great success, and even if all companies were willing to apply such a resource in their organizations, many would succumb and end up going bankrupt. This is all thanks to differences in abilities and personal inclinations.
