Auxílio Brasil is a program belonging to the Ministry of Citizenship. In this sense, according to the folder, there is still no forecast for delivery of the card, but at first the families who were included in the program in January 2022 will be the first to receive it, that is, around 3 million people.
The card will be made out in the name of the person responsible for the family and will then go to the address shown in the Cadastro Único (CadÚnico). Therefore, it is of paramount importance that the data is updated in the program.
According to the Ministry, families will receive two pieces of correspondence from Caixa Econômica Federal through the Post Office. The first is a newsletter with more general guidelines about the benefit, while the other contains the Brazil Aid Card.
Many people live in places where the Post Office does not deliver, and for this reason they are concerned about receiving the Auxílio Brasil card. The Federal Government has not yet commented on this, however, the card will probably remain at the final center where the Post Office delivers the orders.
The other beneficiaries of the program will probably not receive the card, since the idea is to provide the device only to the new families contemplated. However, users can continue withdrawing the benefit with the old Bolsa Família program card.
There is also the option of making withdrawals without a card through the Caixa Tem application. This app also has other features for moving money, such as transfers and bill payments, for example.
Finally, it is important to point out that the deadline for withdrawing the benefit is up to 120 days after depositing it in the account. Therefore, pay attention to the dates and ways to use the Brazil Aid money.
