In Campinas, a company responsible for car rentals would have applied cashback scams to customers. They reported that in the signed contract there was a promise to receive 3% per month of the amount paid for the car. This cashback system is being widely used by commercial companies, however, it has also been the target of complaints in the region.
According to customers, the company rented cars from other competitors and, at the end of the action, did not pay suppliers. The injured companies registered the complaints and tried to get around the situation. In addition, the victims tried to contact WinMove, but received no response.

One of the complainants also reported that the contract was valid for 48 months and, at the end, the company would have to reimburse BRL 36,720. The story doesn't stop there, since he discovered that the cars used were a source of embezzlement, and it was necessary to go to court so that the vehicles were not seized. In addition, the victim reports the presence of authorities at her residence to seize the vehicle that was in his possession, however, when presenting the incident report, the situation could be softened.
A post made by WinMove advises customers not to return and use the cars. In addition, the company is no longer located in the building that housed it. Through lawyers, the case was understood as a breach of contract, directing consumers to seek help from professionals specialized in the case, in order to solve the problem.
Finally, as stated above, there are several complaints regarding this practice, with three more reported last month in Hortolândia and Sumaré, in São Paulo.
