Liquor is associated with digestion, as many people take it to aid in the digestive process, and it is common for it to be consumed after meals and at room temperature.
In this sense, the liquor is usually served in small bowls or glasses that are found in the most varied models and colors. In addition, the size of the glass is also thought by the strong flavors of the liqueur, which should be enjoyed slowly. In Brazil, this drink is widely consumed throughout the year, but in the Northeast region consumption increases significantly during the São João festivities, that is, in the middle of the year.
An interesting liqueur flavor that you can make at home and it will be delicious is tangerine liqueur. For this you will need the following ingredients:
Now that you know what you will need, it is worth mentioning that the production of the liqueur will have two phases. For the first, start by cutting the tangerine peels into thin strips. Then, in a pot, pour the peels, add the brandy and cover. You will need to leave this mixture for 30 days in an airy place, protected from light.
After this period, you can proceed to the second stage of preparation. Put the sugar and water in the fire and mix until, when letting the liquid drain from the spoon, it forms a thread that does not break, and this is the ideal point. Let it cool a little, add this syrup to the brandy with the peels and let it rest for another day. Finally, to finish, just strain and store in a bottle that will be ready to consume.
