The first agenda for the parents' meeting is very important, so it would be interesting to encourage everyone's presence, as it is at this first meeting that, we teachers, we will clarify doubts, explain how the school and classroom routine is, how we develop our work, our attitude towards the refusal to carry out and participation in activities, possible fights between classmates, bites, pinches, shoving, etc... and what procedures the school adopts in case of any occurrences.

ASPECTS TO BE SCORED AT THE MEETING:

ENTRY AND EXIT OF STUDENTS: Showcase here to avoid delays in entry (because the child who arrives late, loses the moment of the harvest, besides being ashamed for having arrived last and at the moment, being the center of the attentions). Also ratify for punctuality when leaving school (children who are still adapting to the school, show some anxiety, when they see that their little friends' mothers have arrived and theirs no).

* I always like to point out at this point that, if the parents need to pick up the child before the departure time, that they communicate first, the school management, so that it authorizes the child's departure and that there is a plausible reason for doing so, that is, in case of extreme necessity.

STUDENT DELIVERY: Always have a fixed person to pick up the student at the exit and of legal age: if you change, notify the teacher.

ADDRESS: Keep the address and telephone number updated at the school office and for the teacher.

EXTRA-CLASS EVENTS: When these events occur, such as walks, picnics, cinema, theater, you should always ask for permission from the parents, and this authorization must be sent home in advance, so that by the day of the event everyone is properly authorized.

* Authorizations must be made in writing (they can be photocopied, mimeographed), but NEVER, only “by mouth”. They must be correctly filled out and signed (with a pen) by the parents or guardians and delivered to the teacher in advance of the day of the event.

SICK CHILD: The sick child or under strict treatment should remain at home until he improves. In the case of a contagious disease such as mumps, chickenpox, conjunctivitis, the child will be excused from school, and in on her return, she must present a medical certificate stating that she is able to attend classes.

* I personally do not like to medicate the child (sometimes the mother puts syrup or some other medicine in the child's backpack that the child is taking it, with strict schedules to be taken by him, and asks you to give the medicine at the specified time). But we are attentive to the classroom routine, avoiding fights, helping with the difficulties of the students and the medication schedule goes unnoticed... That's why I prefer the mother to come to medicate the kid.

LICE: Always look at the child's head.

BEHAVIOR: Here, the difficulties encountered in developing good work in the classroom can be mentioned. If children scream, speak too loudly, fight a lot, have difficulty obeying rules, difficulty sharing toys and materials in common use in the classroom, they keep the toys, show interest in the execution and participation in activities in the classroom. class.

Remember to show that:

* Fights,
pinching, pushing, biting, scratching, it can eventually happen,
because these are situations specific to the age, but that does not mean that the teacher
does not take any action in the classroom,or
do not be aware of such events.

* Parents will be invited to attend the School if the student presents any
learning and/or behavior problem.

TOY DAY: Set the day.

It is worth reminding parents here that:

* Avoid sending new toys, so there is no danger of

such as skateboards, skates, scooters, bicycles, electronic toys and others from the
gender should not be brought to school as they represent a greater risk of
accidents with children.

* Send toys only on the day stipulated by
teacher.

* Prevent the child bring unnecessary objects to school,to avoid possible fights because of
of the same.

* Candy,
candies, chewing gum and others: Do not let the child enter the class eating or sucking such sweets and also
do not carry in your backpack. If you bring such sweets, then share it with all your friends in the class.

PARK DAY: Set the day.

DAY TO TALK TO THE TEACHER OR PSYCHOLOGIST: in case you need.
