How to clean the stove

  • Precaution

Firstly, it is important to point out about turning off your stove if it is semi-electric, so you can avoid any risk of shock or accidents.

Then check if your stove is cold if you have used it recently, thus avoiding possible burns and even staining the object with the use of products.

Precaution is the first tip to clean the stove correctly, so make sure the gas valve on the stove is turned off.

  • Cleaning

1- When cleaning the stove, use specific products for each part, for example: products for the glass part, another for the stainless steel part.

Choose to use a soft sponge to clean surfaces such as glass and the part where the stove burners are located, in order to avoid scratching the piece.

Right after passing the specific product to the desired part, let it act for about 5 minutes and then, with the help of a sponge, pass it over the area, removing the residues.

Wipe a damp, clean cloth over the area to remove excess product.

2 – To clean the stove burner grids, remove and wash them, in which case the roughest part of the sponge can be used.

Pass products that are for degreasing effect, it will be easier to remove all the fat residue.

After washing, you can choose to let it dry naturally or wipe the grids with a clean, dry cloth. And then you can go back to the stove.

3 – Some people make use of sharp devices to help with cleaning, such as knives and spatulas. However, this could end up scratching the stove.

Therefore, it may end up compromising the object. And if you use it on the glass lid of the oven or stove, you run the risk of breaking and having accidents.

And with that it is important to emphasize that the use of these tools is not indicated.
