There are people who have keen intuition, a voice in the back of their head that whispers things in their ear. Information is almost always accurate. It was this voice that saved the lives of a Canadian content creator and her friends on a vacation trip.
The girls rented a house on Airbnb to celebrate a loved one's 30th birthday. The influencer, Kennedy, told the story on social media, which turned a fun trip into a nightmare.

“There were 15 girls staying in one house,” she said. “One of our friends said, ‘Guys, I’m really paranoid. I feel like there are cameras in the house,'" she added.
According to the influencer, they did not lead to intuition seriously and accused her of “watching too much TikTok”. However, the friend was right.
With the girl's insistence, they looked at every possible place in the house where there could be a hidden camera. “Every shower, every picture frame, doorknob,…” recalled Kennedy.
In this search, they found a hidden camera that pointed directly at the shower. It was in the background of a shot.

The police were promptly notified and security officers removed the hidden cameras from the house and sent them for analysis. “Part of me wasn't convinced it was real,” Kennedy said.
The content creator's friend's intuition was right. But not everyone has that sharp voice in the back of their head. Therefore, Kennedy urged people to be more careful when renting a property on Airbnb. “Listen to your paranoid friends,” he joked.
This is not the first time that users who have rented houses or even rooms via Airbnb complain about hidden cameras. Turn and move a report about a similar situation.
However, the company is strictly against this type of conduct. Of the Kennedy episode, the company said: “We have banned hidden cameras and are investigating these allegations. The guest who made this reservation received a full refund.”
