It is estimated that by 2030 the shortage of technology professionals in the world will be 4.3 million, which will likely make it one of the most sought-after areas. The Association of Information and Communication Technology and Digital Technologies Companies predicts that in 5 years, around 800,000 new jobs in the IT area will be created. Unfortunately, Brazil trains just over 53,000 professionals a year, which will result in a shortage of workers.
Upon completing the CC50, 88% of students say they feel more confident applying for technology jobs and are connected with different opportunities to continue their professional development through other Fundação Estudar initiatives, such as scholarships for employability programs or leadership.
Today, 134 city halls in the state are partners in the program and have enough technological laboratories to meet the needs of people interested in the project. This additional support has resulted in a student completion rate three times the national average compared to other projects and states.
Starting the course is simple, just access the Tecpop Mines page and register for free.
