You can register via the Caixa application or online.

Register through the Caixa application

1. The first step is to download the Caixa app from Google Play or the Apple Store. Once downloaded, tap on “I don't have a user”, read and accept the regulation.
2. You will be asked to fill in fields such as name, CPF and date of birth. If your name has an accent, cedilla or other special character, write it without the accents and instead of the Ç put a C, for example: Claudio Mourao, Conceicao Assuncao etc.
3. Afterwards, fill in the account details: Branch, Account Type, Account Number and Account Password, which must be the same one you use to make purchases with your debit card.
4. Once created, access your account with your username (CPF) and the internet password you just created.

On the Caixa website, at the top of the screen, click on the button access my account, then click on the option Register.

1. Fill in the fields: name, CPF and date of birth. Remember if: Your data must be identical to those registered with the Federal Revenue. Do not accentuate your name and do not use any special characters (ç, ã, á). Example: Conceicao Assuncao. Claudio Mourao.
2. Fill in the account details: Account Type (Checking or Savings), Agency, Account Number and Account Password (the same one you use to make debit purchases).
3. After that, register your username and password, these must have letters and numbers.
4. Memorize the username and password you just registered. With them you access your account in the Caixa Application or on the Computer.

Access by biometrics

It is also possible to access the account with biometrics, however, the option is available for use in smartphones with digital reader feature. If your device has this option, fill in the user and password fields, activate the button – digital reader and click on access my account.

On the next access, place your fingerprint on the reader of the smartphone and login to your account.

It is worth remembering that biometrics are only for account access. To carry out financial transactions you must use the Electronic signature.
