There are two ways to go about this process, one for people who do not declare Income Tax and another for those who do.
If you do not declare income tax, the procedure is simple:
Just go to the page IRS, fill in your personal data (CPF number, full name, date of birth, mother's name and number of your voter registration card), and thus, it will be possible to view the receipt and then make the print.
If you declare income tax, you can issue your second copy of the cpf through the eCAC Portal, the virtual service center of the Federal Revenue Service. To access the page, you need an access code, which in turn is very simple to generate. Follow the following instructions:
