Prouni opens registration for remaining grants

This Monday (5), registrations for remaining bags from Prouni. The deadline for registration is September 30th for those who are enrolled in an educational institution and August 16th for those who are not.

These vacancies come from candidates who were initially selected, but did not present the required documentation or, perhaps, withdrew from participating in the program.

The Program aims to grant scholarships (partial or full) in private higher education institutions for low-income students.

Who can apply for the remaining scholarships?

This selection stage is intended for:

• public school teachers of teaching who are exercising the profession. In this circumstance, it is not necessary for the candidate to have taken the Enem. Possible scholarships are only for courses with an academic degree.
• Brazilians who have taken the National High School Exam from 2010, with a score greater than 450 points, so that the essay has not been reset to zero, and that, finally, does not have a higher education diploma.

At this stage, the criterion taken into account will be the registration order and not the cutoff score. Therefore, it is extremely important to be aware of the schedule of the program.

To prove their personal data, those selected must attend the educational institution from two working days after registration.

Timeline

Check the calendar of activities related to filling vacancies in the Program:

August 5th to 16th: Applications for applicants who are not currently enrolled in a university.

August 5th to September 30th: Enrollment for applicants who are enrolled at a university.

Two business days after application: Presentation of documents at the educational institution in question.
