According to the Federal Government, the follow-up of the Action Plan for the return of the body's in-person service will be carried out through the Covid-INSS Portal. There, each manager will have access to a profile according to the hierarchical levels of the INSS. In this way, it will be possible to expand some monitoring tools.
As the rules are directed to personal identification, the Ordinance makes it clear that both the interested person and his legal representative or proxy, in order to carrying out the service, must present an official document, with photo and original, such as the National Driver's License (CNH) and the Identity Card (RG).
In the case of sick or elderly people, even if the document presented has some changes to the holder's physical characteristics (usually expired documents), the service cannot be denied. In addition, the priority order provided for by law must be followed, with special priority guaranteed to the elderly over eighty years of age.
In addition, at the entrance, deaf or hard of hearing people are also guaranteed the possibility of being accompanied by interpreters or translators of the Brazilian Sign Language (Libra). In the case of more complex requests that are not available through remote channels or through scheduling, they must be made through the 135 call center or at the branches themselves.
In addition, according to the INSS, “It will be made available through its own website, to servers and employees, in order to assist in the PHC routine, scripts for each existing service containing service flows, tools, systems and steps to be followed, in order to facilitate the location of contents and their due applications."
