The institution offers free and distance courses for teachers

A English Culture College offers two free courses for anyone who is an English teacher or just likes to learn. Are they the Gamification in the classroom and the Online Teaching. The main objective of the initiative is to promote the technological training of teachers in the area, given the challenge that is distance education.

To participate, interested parties must access the institution's website, in the “Extensions” tab, which has applications open until May 22. Below are some features of each course.

Gamification in the classroom

• Goal: show and test with teachers in the area the use of digital tools aimed at gamification in the classroom.
• Who is it for: preferably English teachers or those who work in the context of bilingual education.
• Why do: increase in knowledge of new teaching tools, especially those involving gamification.

After registration, the participant has 20 days to carry out the activities, and all at their own pace.

Online Teaching

• Goal: show professors in the area which digital tools are most used in live class mode.
• Who is it for: to all English teachers who work in different contexts related to education and the general public, who have a CEFR B2 level in English.
• Why do: learn more about digital tools used for live classes, such as video recording, group activities and forms of interactivity.

For both courses, there is no registration fee or tuition fee. The entire process takes place free of charge.
