Therefore, the names that will compose these ministries have already been disclosed, such as, for example, the Ministry of Education, which although several names have emerged for occupy as the governor of Ceará, Izolda Cela, ended up having as nominee the former governor of Ceará, who is also part of the Workers' Party, Camilo Santana.

The name indicated was that of the current governor, Izolda Cela and thus, she will occupy the second most important position in the folder.
Who is Izolda Cela?
For those who do not live in the state of Ceará and are not familiar with Izolda Cela's work, she holds a degree in psychology from Federal University of Ceará (UFC), completed a master's degree in management and evaluation of public education and, in addition, has a specialization in public Management.
Izolda was Secretary of Education in Sobral from 2004 to 2006 and obtained excellent results in her management, being one of the responsible for improving the performance of municipal education students in assessments such as the IDEB (Basic Education Development Index).
After the good results, Izolda held the State Department of Education for 7 years (2007-2014) and, in addition, in 2015, Izolda became the deputy governor of Camilo Santana from 2015 to March 2022 until the governor left office to run for a seat in the senate and Izolda became the first woman to govern the state.
