Renner opens enrollment for the Trainee Program

Renner, the largest fashion retailer in Brazil, opened the 2019 Trainee Program for undergraduate students or for those who have already completed higher education. Vacancies are for Product Trainee.

According to the company, the Product Trainee's mission is to learn about the business, culture and management in practice, being curious and protagonist of their development to become an excellent professional.

The Renner program lasts 14 months and prepares for the positions of Buyer, Product Designer, Graphic Designer or Planning Manager.

The prerequisites for participating in the selection process are as follows:

• Complete Higher Education or nearing completion, from January 2013 to July 2019;
• Advanced English;
• Availability to reside in Porto Alegre;
• Availability for international travel, in the case of Trainee Buyer and Trainee Product Designer;
• Knowledge in Illustrator and Photoshop, in the case of the Graphic Designer Trainee;
• Knowledge in Statistics and analysis tools will be a differential, in the case of the Planning Manager Trainee;
• Have Identification with fashion retail.

It is desirable that candidates have the following qualifications:

• Postgraduate studies;
• Spanish intermediary;
• International experience, such as an exchange program or courses abroad;
• Having had some experience in the Fashion market for Trainee Buyers and Trainee Designers is a plus.

Interested in the opportunity? During the training period, the trainee will carry out theoretical and practical training at the administrative headquarters in Porto Alegre (RS). Applications close June 9, 2019, and the program is scheduled to begin October 21, 2019.
