The Secretariat for External Control of Education of the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU), through a technical opinion, expressed its opinion on the advance of the National High School Exam (Enem) 2020.
With the pandemic new coronavirus, several activities had to be carried out on different dates. Despite this, for the time being, Enem continues with the same date scheduled for 2020, which has generated dissatisfaction from various parties.

The TCU minister responsible for the case, Augusto Nardes, is awaiting a response from the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (IPNEP), the organizer of the test.
PDT federal deputies Idilvan Alencar (CE) and Tulio Gadêlha (PE) requested the postponement of the test. According to politicians, the pandemic has suspended in-person classes across the country and not everyone can easily access online content.
Alencar and Gadêlha also claim that this scenario can increase inequality among students during the exam.
The forecast is that the face-to-face test will be held on November 1st and 8th. Meanwhile, digital evaluation should be on the 22nd and 29th of November. Registration is now open.
