To request the issuance of a duplicate credit card invoice via the website, access the Itau. At the top of the screen, enter your agency, account number and click on “Access”.
Then register with the personal information requested on the screen. After registering, click on “Invoice” and, shortly after, on “Second copy of the invoice”. Soon, your invoice will be available on the screen.
In addition to the website, it is possible to access the invoice through the application. This is the easiest way to access information and make account requests.
To purchase the app, go to the app store smartphone, Play Store or Google Play, and search for the “Itaucard” app. When you find it, click on “Download” or “Download”.
After downloading it, open the application and click on “I am already an Itaucard customer”. Then enter the agency and account number, clicking on “Access”.
The next step is to access the menu, click on “Invoice” and choose the month of the desired invoice. This way, your invoice should be available on your smartphone.
It is possible to receive the digital invoice by email, or just issue the duplicate invoice.
The first step is to send an email to the following address: [email protected]. In the subject, write “INVOICE” and insert the last 4 digits of the card, next to the customer's CPF, in the body of the email.
Then send the text message and wait up to 1 business day to receive the invoice at the same email address.
