On the other hand, for convert hours to minutes, just multiply the hours by 60.
For convert seconds to minutes, just divide the seconds by 60.

660 ÷ 60 = 11

To obtain the inverse, that is, convert minutes to seconds, just multiply the minutes by 60.

68400 ÷ 3600 = 19
⇒ 68400 seconds correspond to 19 hours.
