For the Internet, there are two ways to request a duplicate Itaucard, one for Itaú bank account holders and the other for non-account holders.
In the case of account holders, it is necessary to access the account via the Internet through the Itaú website. After entering the branch number, bank account and password, go to the Credit Card menu, click on “consultations” and then on “invoice”.
It is possible to pay the invoice on the website itself, through the “payments” menu, informing the barcode and electronic password of the account.
For customers who do not have a bank account, it is necessary to enter the Itaucard and inform the card number and password. After that, just go to the menu and click on "consultations" and that's it!
In case of request via ATMs, the customer must use the card and password to access the menu of available services. In the menu, select the “credit card” option and then click on “consultations”. In this tab, it is possible to check the expenses made with the credit card throughout the month, as well as the total amount to be paid.
It is also possible for Itaú bank account holders to make the payment at self-service terminals, with debit from their current account.
