When leaving home, ALWAYS turn off your cell phone's Wi-Fi router; understand…

Therefore, it is very important to evaluate our harmful behaviors and know how long they can harm others and us, avoiding them whenever we realize it.

If you want to know if your common habits can be traces of toxic behaviors and how to change that, follow along with some information we brought!

1. Don't say anything when the other bothers you

When you treat other people with silence, it can be one of the worst behaviors to do with people you care about.

It is characteristic of narcissists who, within a relationship, use it as a way to punish others or to gain emotional control over them.

Talking about what you feel and problems is essential within a relationship, in addition to being the only way to solve it. When you are silent, you cannot resolve anything.

2. You expect to be helped all the time

The people who are by your side are the ones you love, right? But that doesn't mean you should expect to be helped by them all the time, as that can be a toxic trait.

It is possible to have the confidence to ask for help from those you trust the most, but it is also necessary to be a shoulder friend to help them, not just wait for help.

3. When you cry when affecting the other by your behavior

If people get angry with you, this is not a comfortable situation, and it happens when you do something negative that affects them.

But you shouldn't cry when you upset another person with your behavior, that's a toxic trait. When upsetting someone, you need to understand and be humble to apologize, not make them feel bad for something they did.

4. Unload your problems on your partner

Another trait that can be toxic in a relationship is when you believe you should just take your problems out on others.

Of course, the people around you are there to help, and when you don't have that trust, it could mean they don't make good partners or friends.

However, you must not download your problems about them, but just talk about them, in order to be helped in the right measure.
