A Americas Health company, which aims to offer quality medical services to Brazilians is with the selective process for open trainee.

In its professional development program, known as Fábrica de Líderes, the company seeks to form leaders willing to save lives and transform health in Brazil.

Who can apply?

Anyone who completed their degree between 2014 and 2018/2 can apply for the vacancies. And it is not necessary to have training in courses in the health area, the company is looking for people from the most diverse backgrounds to compose the team.

Because the focus of the program is not to prepare leaders for the assistance area, but for the administrative-strategic area.

• Graduation completed between 2014 and 2018/2;
• Availability to reside in any region of the country;
• The second language is a differential.

Trainee Responsibilities and Attributions

The trainee must monitor and develop activities in all areas of the company that he passes through, which improves knowledge of internal processes and knowledge of the company's business.

• Knowing the macro processes of all departments of the company, performing an activity at each pass;
• Monitor performance indicators, participating in the cause analysis and proposing effective actions for them;
• Act as a shadow for the directors and managers of each unit, seeking to understand the routine and intercurrences, becoming a subsidy for decision-making in the future position of occupation;
• Present to the board of directors, at the end of the Trainee program, a project that optimizes the company's processes.
