Teacher performance is a key factor for the full inclusion of students…
This becomes possible through group work, oral expositions, text productions, among others.
The assessment should come naturally. In the stages of the school year, the educator must be aware of the contents that were assimilated by the students. Therefore, different from how it was before, assessment does not consist of just applying tests and passing or failing the student.
For assessments, there should not be a specific week or scheduled dates. The process must be daily, and the grade corresponding to tests, tests, group work and even behavior.
Some evaluative techniques can be group tests, with research, problem solving, so that they are not limited to more traditional forms.
It is necessary to understand that the evaluations do not consist only of tests and grades, but of continuous learning processes, with the intention of correcting errors and defining new knowledge.
If you, as an educator, observe that the most of the class did not do well in the evaluations, try to understand if the students were able to assimilate what was previously taught.
In addition, talk to the class about what procedures they use when studying and record how the contents were explored in the classroom. If necessary, return to the content.
