O Itaucard app is free and available for mobile devices with the system android or iOS. In it, it is possible to access the card information, take the duplicate invoice, among other actions.
With intuitive commands, just access the application, go to the "Invoice" tab in the menu, select the month and invoice, and that's it. The duplicate will be available to send by email or to copy the barcode and make the payment.

Simple as in the application, it is only necessary to select the credit card option, fill in the data and go to the invoice option and, finally, a 2nd copy of the invoice in Internet Banking.
Now if you have difficulty or feel insecure in using the website or the application, there is the option to request a duplicate of the Pão de Açúcar Card invoice by email.
To do so, log into your email account, start the process to write an email and address it to [email protected]. In the subject, describe Invoice and in the body of the text write your CPF and the last 4 digits of your card.
After sending, within a period of up to one business day, a response to the request will be sent.
The Pão de Açúcar card invoice request service via an ATM is exclusive to Banco Itaú account holders. Just access the menu, select the option of credit card, invoice and duplicate.
One more way to request a copy of the Pão de Açúcar card invoice is by telephone. The order can be placed by calling the phone number printed on the back of the card.
But, if you want information, make inquiries or register complaints about the card, just contact the Itaucard or SAC:
To subscribe to the Pão de Açúcar card digital invoice, send an SMS with the word “digital” to the number 4828 and follow the instructions to register. Another option is through the Banco Itaú website or through the application.
If the switch to the digital invoice is made, alerts will be sent via SMS about the invoice closing date and due date, helping to avoid delays and choose the best day for purchases.
