Young Ambassadors Program is accepting applications for 2024
Those summoned will have the unique chance to teach classes for a period of two to four years. In addition to promoting the Portuguese language, those approved will have the role of disseminating Brazilian culture, literature and studies in these institutions.
To participate in the selection, it is necessary to meet some requirements, including having an academic background (doctorate or master's
) and experience teaching linguistics, applied linguistics, Brazilian literature or Brazilian culture. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will pay for the monthly scholarship and travel assistance.The evaluation of candidates is scheduled to take place until November 30, 2015. DPLP and Capes will publish the results of the pre-selection until December 11, 2015. The program will possibly start in February 2016.
