How to order the ZenCard

The application for the card is made virtually, through the website ZenCard, through the application or at partner establishments in the network.

To apply for the card, go to ZenCard's platform online or download the ContaZen app in the app store.

On the first page, register to create an account. After filling all the fields with the requested data, click on “Next”.

In the next step, you will be asked for some information to create your personal profile and password for access.

After that, a ticket will be generated to pay the issuance fee. Pay the bill and, after payment confirmation, the card will be sent to the registered address, within a period of up to 15 days.

2nd copy

To request the second copy of the card, an issuing fee will be charged, as with the first copy, of R$ 14.90.

The request must be made on the website. ZenCard or in the application interface. Click on the “Menu” option and search for “2nd Copy”. Follow the instructions specified on the platform.
