State deputy Diego Sorgatto (PSDB) presented on Wednesday (17) at the Legislative Assembly of Goiás (Alleged) the Bill that seeks to make the presence of a school psychologist mandatory in the public school system in Goiás. Bill aims to avoid tragedy in schools, like what happened in Suzano (SP).
Due to the recurrent cases of tragedies and the high rates of school violence, the project would work as a preventive measure. According to the project, the psychologist will still be able to recommend clinical care for students when deemed necessary.
