Registration fee and waiver

This year's entry fee is R$85, and must be paid between the 6th and the 23rd of May at bank branches, lottery houses or post offices.

The deadline for requesting Exemption from the Enem fee ended on April 10.

In all, 3,687,527 students requested the exemption. The information is from the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep).

These candidates are included in the following cases:

  • Students from public schools or full scholarship holders from private schools who have a monthly family income of up to 1.5 minimum wages per person.
  • Enrolled in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico): those enrolled in CadÚnico are supported by Decree No. 6,135/2007, which grants exemption for participants with a family income of half a minimum wage per person or a total family income of up to three minimum wages. It is necessary to have a valid Identification Number (NIS) for the query to be made at the Federal Revenue Service.
  • Students in the 3rd year of high school in public schools: they automatically gain exemption when they enroll in the Enem.

2019 Enem Registration

To apply, candidates must register with the Enem's official website. On the page you will find a registration process that is different from previous years, and must follow guidelines indicated by a virtual help system called “Nanda”, which will request the CPF and RG number.

Shortly after registration, a password will be created to access the site that will also allow you to verify the candidate's confirmation card and results.

It is also necessary, at the time of registration, to inform a valid cell phone number and e-mail so that the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep), which organizes the test, send communicated.

According to Inep, until May 17, it will be possible to update contact details, change the city of tests, change the foreign language option and change specialized and / or specific service.

For candidates who need special attention, such as people with disabilities or breastfeeding mothers, the deadline for applying is also May 17th.

In addition, between May 20th and 24th, it will be possible to request assistance by the social name, in case the transsexual participant prefers not to be called by the name of the civil registry.

place of test

The confirmation card will only be available in October. In it, there will be a summary of the main information for the candidate: enrollment number; date, time and place of the tests; data on specialized care (if requested); and foreign language option (English or Spanish).
