To the English course enrollment offered by the Ministry of Education (MEC) are open. The course is free and face-to-face. It is linked to the Languages without Borders Program (ISF – English). The period of enrollment runs from the 15th to the 29th of February.
The requirement for registration is to have taken the TOEFL ITP through the IsF program and have your result approved in the IsF System. This test will indicate which course level the student should enroll in. These are courses aimed at undergraduate, master's and doctoral students stricto sensu from universities registered with the IsF – English as Language Centers. Technical administrative servants and professors from federal universities may also enroll.

The distribution of classes is the responsibility of the University. The workload varies from 1 to 4 months. The course lasts 4 hours a week, it can be one or four meetings a week. This will depend on the institution that will teach the course. The number of Students per class will be a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 students.
After enrollment the candidate will see the result from March 2nd on this website http://isfaluno.mec.gov.br/ Those selected will start classes on March 10.
