Inter bank customers who have accounts registered as PJ (Legal Entity) are claiming that they do not have access to their accounts via the application. Through a note released to the press, the banking institution claimed to have already normalized what happened, however, bank users returned to claim, via Twitter, that there was still a lack of connection with the platform.

"Inter informs that some of the PJ customers, who use the iOS [Apple] operating system, had difficulty validating access to Internet Banking via the application", said the bank. "It was made available last Friday and access has already been normalized".
