First of all, you must turn on the AirFryer to heat it up, around 160ºC.
Then, with a peeler, remove the skin from the potato, and then cut the potatoes into thin pieces.
Place the cut pieces in a large container and add ice water until the whole potato is covered.
Let the potatoes soak for around 15 minutes, after that, remove the potatoes, remove excess water with the help of a paper towel.
Once dry, sprinkle the sea salt over the potatoes and return them to the water to soak for another 15 minutes.
After the last 15 minutes, remove the potatoes and dry them again and set them aside.
With the AirFryer shape, separate a good amount of potatoes that were separated, and unite them with olive oil and place to bake.
Cook the potato chips until golden and crispy, it should take around 18 minutes, within that time check and turn the chips every 7 minutes. And with that, it's ready to serve!
