The teaching profession demands a lot of study and research time to be up to date on the practices to be implemented and the discoveries or innovations in your area. It is always important to check what has changed since your training so you don't get stuck in old-fashioned methods and end up giving unattractive classes to students.

So, the focus of your classes should be on motivating students to seek knowledge, paying more attention in classes and that there is less evasion, that is, less dropout in classes. And, for that, the teacher must always be adapted to the world of these young people, here are some tips that can help you to be more productive in your classes:

1) Use technology to your advantage
Currently, many teachers have already exchanged the blackboard for the data show, presenting their classes in a more attractive way and with the possibility of increasing current videos and images. Many of them also used computers, tablets and cell phones for research in class, in addition to consultation about different things on Google or even to create groups to share content in a more fast.

2) Integrate complementary materials
Try to stay up-to-date on the videos, series, movies, magazines and other entertainment channels that your students like it, because by staying on top of their reality, it is possible to increase subjects that they will to worship.

3) Take students to other environments outside the classroom
Classrooms end up making classes tiring and repetitive, which can leave students disinterested. Therefore, it is interesting to prepare classes on the court or school patio to carry out tasks outdoors, being able to plan a class with dynamics and games approaching contents of the discipline, but in a way relaxed. Trips to parks, museums, laboratories, libraries, theaters and cinemas are also great allies to develop important activities outside the classroom.

4) Look for new forms of evaluation
The forms of assessment are diverse and getting out of the routine with differentiated work can be much more fruitful. The teacher can carry out assessments through different works such as models, projects, interviews, among others, everything depends on creativity.

5) Stimulate debates among students
If possible, promote debates on current topics, but don't forget to adapt the topics to the age of each class. In debates, argumentation skills and dialogue between colleagues can be stimulated, in addition to encouraging students to lose the shame of speaking in public. They can be made even more interesting if they can be performed between rooms.
