Even if you take a preparatory course, in person or online, it is advisable to draw up your own study plan. There are courses that provide a generic study plan, but ideally it should be personalized. For example, if your most difficult subject is Mathematics, your study plan should allocate more time to studying that subject.

There are students who claim that study time should not be wasted to practice physical activities. However, scientific studies show that physical activity relieves stress and helps concentration and memory. They constitute, therefore, an investment of time that helps the student to concentrate on his studies and, consequently, improve his performance in the tests.
