For those who are used to starting the day eating a portion of fried egg, either with toast, bread or couscous, it is necessary to take some care in relation to the preparation. Of course, there are several ways to prepare this food, however, some items used to prevent the egg sticks to the pan, like oils and butter, can end up making this item no longer as healthy. Why make fried egg with olive oil?

Nowadays, there are several studies that study the effects of olive oils and oils in general in the frying process. With that, when we talk about olive oil, these studies came to the conclusion that this item presents greater stability in the oxidative process, maintaining a composition rich in oleic acid and helping to reduce LDL (bad cholesterol) without affecting HDL (good cholesterol), allowing the balance of the two in the body.

In this sense, it is also worth noting that in addition to olive oil being tasty, it is also quite healthy, as it is rich in healthy fats and vitamins. Therefore, when we fry food with oil, we flavor it and make it more permeable so that it can absorb excess fats, which include vitamins K, E, A, Omegas 6 and 9, and in smaller amounts, Omega 3.
