The government's idea is simple: lower the price of cars brand new popular cars, which today cost a fortune, around R$70,000. They want to reduce the price of the simplest models for the public by R$10,000 to R$20,000.

It's unclear whether the two-step reduction will happen, so we'll have to wait and see.

Partnership between government and producers

To achieve this goal, the government and car manufacturers must work together. The government is doing its part by reducing taxes on car manufacturing, while manufacturers promise to lower prices, claiming that the models are simpler.

Another idea is to facilitate payment terms with more flexible financing and other transfer options.

Check now the vehicle options that can be cheap

Among the cars that could possibly have their prices reduced are:

1. Fiat Mobi

The Fiat Mobi is one of the cheapest cars on the market, currently costing R$68,990. With the offer of a popular new car, it is very likely that its price will drop.

Despite its reduced size, the Mobi is a brave car, ready to enter the streets of big cities with style and economy. Perfect for the cool crowd!

2. Renault Kwid

O Renault Kwid was, until recently, the cheapest car sold in Brazil for the same price as the Fiat Mobi. The Kwid has a 74 hp 1.0 engine also in a similar way to the Mobi.

In addition, the modern and adventurous design has attracted many people. It's a perfect economy car for those who enjoy adventures on wheels!

3. Citroen C3

The Citroën C3 also has a 75 hp 1.0 engine, like the cheap models on the market. It is currently sold for R$ 72,990. The C3 stands out for its technological capabilities and very elegant design.

Despite potential reductions, you may have to give up some features to get into the popular category. It is worth it? Search and make your choice!
