City hall releases school kit or aid for the purchase of material and uniforms

For the first time, the city of São Paulo makes available the values ​​referring to the purchase of material school and uniforms two months in advance of the start of classes, which only start in February of the year next. Thus, those responsible for students in the municipal network can now prepare and acquire the necessary materials and uniform for the next school year.

Purchases must be made at stores accredited by the city hall, and there are more than 280 options of places to purchase uniforms, as well as more than 300 to purchase the material school. The aid should cover more than one million public school students.

To access the release of amounts related to aid, it is necessary to use the DUEPAY School Kit application, available on all smartphones. Accessing the app, it is enough for the person responsible for the student to have their CPF registered with the system of the school attended by the student, which will inform the Municipal Secretary of Education.

Those responsible for the students can choose between the kits and values ​​passed on by the city hall, and even released on December 12, 2022, these values ​​will be available for use until October of the next year.

The values ​​for the acquisition of school material vary according to the category of education they are attending, ranging from kindergarten up to high school, including Youth and Adult Education and language courses offered by the Centros de Estudos de Línguas Paulistanos, the Celps. Check the values ​​below:

• Early Childhood Education – Nursery I and II: BRL 41.26;
• Early Childhood Education – Mini-Group I and II: R$95.53;
• Kindergarten – Kindergarten I and II: R$ 143.94;
• Elementary School – Literacy Cycle: R$ 166.67;
• Elementary School – Interdisciplinary Cycle: R$ 201.28;
• Elementary School – Authorial Cycle: R$ 160.63;
• High School and Youth and Adult Education: BRL 142.70;
• São Paulo Language Study Centers (CELPs): R$ 114.34.

Now, regarding the uniform allowance, only students from kindergarten to elementary school 2 are entitled to the benefit, and each student will have access to the amount of R$ 573.53, which must be allocated as follows:

• BRL 481.59 to buy clothes;
• BRL 91.94 to buy the shoes.

Clothing kits must have the coat of arms of the city of São Paulo, and are composed of 1 shorts, 1 set of pants and jacket, 1 sweatshirt, 5 t-shirts, 5 pairs of socks and 1 sneakers.
