Home made sweet milk

The preparation of this recipe is very easy, it does not need many steps, it only takes 15 minutes and yields 10 servings. Plus, it only takes four ingredients, and you'll only mess up two containers during the entire process. In addition, it does not require a lot of time in the fire, that is, it is a very economical preparation.

Ingredients

  • 500g refined sugar
  • ½ cup of liquid milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 200g of nest milk

Method of preparation

  1. First, take a pan and add the sugar, milk and butter. Mix a lot with a spoon until you form a very homogeneous cream;
  2. Then, bring the mixture to high heat and stir constantly until it boils. Also watch to see if some of the bottom of the pan shows up as you stir;
  3. Let it boil for 1 minute, but don't stop stirring;
  4. Then put the fire down and pour all the nest milk. Done that, keep stirring for like 3 minutes until it boils again and starts to release from the bottom of the pan;
  5. Later, turn off the heat and put the candy in a greased shape with butter;
  6. Keep the candy at room temperature to cool and get a good consistency. Finally, cut into small pieces and serve.

Tip: you can increase this recipe and add 3 tablespoons of grated dry coconut during preparation, to make it even tastier! Another option is to replace liquid cow's milk with coconut milk. That way, the coconut flavor becomes even more striking.

Anyway, if you choose to store the candy, use a container with a good seal to protect it from ants and other insects. In addition, you can prepare this sweetie in large quantities in order to sell it, so it will certainly be successful and will be a good help in the income at the end of the month.
