According to a survey carried out by the National Household Sample Survey (PNAD), female participation in the technology area is only 20%. As a way of contributing to a greater insertion of women in this scenario, the Kenzie Academy and the Brazilians in Tech (an organization that provides support to Brazilian women in technology), launched this course.
The course will have six live classes, between the 6th and 10th of June. These will be broadcast live on Kenzie's YouTube channel at 7 pm. In addition, the course will be completely free, so that as many women as possible can have access.
In the classes, topics such as programming in HTML, CSS and JavaScript will be covered. To make it even more complete, it will also have an extra module, in which the skills of Soft Skills, a panel on LinkedIn and Storytelling, as well as lectures on the universe of Careers in Tech.
