The recipe is very simple, sliced bread comes into play as a substitute for traditional dough, which is the most labor-intensive part of assembling the pizza. The rest of the formula is similar to conventional, like tomato sauce and your favorite ingredients! Then follow the whole recipe below!
Method of preparation:
First, grease a large baking dish with olive oil so that the bread does not stick. Then turn on the oven and preheat to 180°C. Then arrange the bread slices directly on the baking sheet according to the amount you need.
Done that, now start adding the ingredients. Spread the tomato sauce over the slices of bread and distribute the ham over all of them. Soon after, spread the creamy cottage cheese and add the mozzarella cheese.
To finish, just add the tomato slices, onion, olives and oregano. Take it to the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, but be aware that you need to remove the mini bread pizza as soon as the cheese melts and the bread becomes crispy!
