In a medium pan, place the egg yolks, butter, condensed milk, flour and milk. Bring to a low boil and stir until thickened.
Then, when the mixture has cooled, add the cream and the egg whites and mix carefully. Next, put it in a medium form (of pudding) and take it to the freezer. Leave for a period of 6 hours and make the syrup at the end of that time.
