Check out what led OrdosDeluxe to reveal his father-in-law's embarrassing secret:
‘He says I’m not a real man…’
Reddit user OrdosDeluxes starts the account by describing himself as a person who is not very skilled with manual tasks and that, for this reason, his father-in-law, for years, berated him for not having “useful skills” such as carpentry, electrical, etc.
As the father-in-law helps with manual tasks, he compensates by helping with technology issues, since he works in IT. But even though he is “IT illiterate”, the father-in-law does not value his help.
"He says (often in front of family and friends) that I'm not a real man, or that I would be useless in an emergency," the user explained.
Long list of porn sites
On a visit to his wife's parents' house, his father-in-law asked him to take a look at the notebook that had some kind of virus.
“I was able to get his computer back to normal after a while, which took longer than he expected, according to his comments.”
When examining his father-in-law's computer, OrdosDeluxes discovers a long list of pornographic sites accessed, which explains the presence of viruses. During a family meeting, the father-in-law began to pressure his son-in-law to explain why his computer was full of viruses.
In response, the user blurted out:
“A lot of these porn sites have a lot of viruses and dodgy stuff…” Immediately the room grew tense. His mother-in-law was furious, and he and his wife left. “I'd like to think he's learned his lesson,” says OrdosDeluxe.
