Worried about the disappearance of the kitten Samba, Pilar and her inseparable friend Breno embark on the magic net in search of them and embark on yet another breathtaking adventure, this time in the mountains of Peru.
Crossing stretches of the Sacred Valley and crossing a dense forest, Pilar and Breno walk along the banks of the Urubamba River and face the powerful Supreme Priest to prevent the young Yma, chosen by the Sun god, from staying forever in Machu picchu.
Courageous, the friends explore the secrets of the Sacred City, at the same time that they learn about the traditions and legends of the Inca civilization, experience such unforgettable as they are dangerous, they hide in stone temples, enjoy choclos and quinoa and learn a lot of Quechua words (the language of the incas).
This edition includes a dictionary of words invented by Pilar, a small Quechua dictionary, a map of Machu Picchu and the Inca Trail and a map of South America. And more: the score of “Samba do Samba”, composed by Pilar and Breno.
