1. It's a novice browser
Microsoft Edge, although it has its origins in Internet Explorer, began to exist as an entity of its own in 2015. It wasn't until 2020 that the current version based on Chromium came to life.
Before that, the browser used the EdgeHTML hosting engine, which generated criticism due to its slowness and several other problems.
The transition to the new structure brought several advantages to the browser, bringing it closer to Google's structure. In addition, Opera, Google Chrome and Firefox, its direct competitors, have longer trajectories.
2. The interaction with the Microsoft package
If you are a user of google services or Apple, the choice to use Microsoft Edge is not the best.
While you can still access related apps, the user experience may be more efficient when you choose a different browser.

While Edge continues to receive updates on a regular basis, many of these additions are not well received by users.
The browser is full of features that you may not like, and unfortunately there is no way to remove them.
