In addition to her impressive dimensions, Icon of the Seas will also set new heights internally, bringing with her the title of holder of the largest marine water park in the world.

The Titanic, which appeared in 1912, had a length of about 269 meters. Since then, advances in marine engineering have allowed for the construction of much larger cruise ships.

Currently, we can sail for larger cruises, too, due to the considerable advancement of technology over the years.

But after all, how much does it cost to go on a cruise much bigger than the titanic? Here is the starting budget!

How much to spend to travel on the biggest cruise in the world?

To integrate the select inaugural group of travelers on board, the first tickets were made available with prices starting at US$ 1,537 (equivalent to approximately R$ 7,500).

Sales began in October 2022, marking a notable highlight booking day in the 53-year history of Royal Caribbean, the company behind the event.

However, Royal Caribbean currently lists the most affordable ticket at $1,851 for an inside cabin for a seven-day cruise.

The opposite end of that spectrum features a ticket of US$10,864, equivalent to R$53,858, for a suite on the same cruise itinerary.
