Start by breaking the 6 eggs into the blender jar and add the oats, chocolate powder, cinnamon and sugar.
Then, make sure to clean the apple well, cut it into four parts and remove the core where the seeds and the stem are.
Once done, add the unpeeled apple parts to the blender. Then, turn on the blender at maximum speed and blend for about 3 minutes, or until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Turn off the blender, add the yeast and mix carefully with a spatula. Now, transfer the dough to a 20-inch mold, previously greased with lactose-free butter, olive oil or coconut oil.
Finally, place the pan in the preheated oven at 180°C and bake for approximately 35 minutes. To check if the cake is ready, do the toothpick test: insert a toothpick into the center of the cake and, if it comes out clean and dry, your cake is done.
In just 25 minutes, your chocolate cake without lactose it will be ready to be enjoyed, yielding 6 servings. Each serving consists of 3g of fiber, 30.6g of carbohydrates, 175 kcal, 5.8g of fat and 9.8g of protein.
