The sample included around 1,400 schools, both public and private, spread across the country.
The study, which has been going on for 10 years, provides important data to understand the relationship between schools and the country's connectivity technologies.
According to the data, the state schools have greater access to the internet, totaling 82% of respondents. They come in front of private schools (73%) and, lastly, municipal schools (43%).
In institutions, it was also observed that among the schools that offer devices for students to carry out activities, 79% are in capitals, and another 78% in urban areas.
On the other hand, municipal institutions, which represent 49% of the sample, have lower rates than those shown above, especially those in the interior (61%) or in rural areas (38%).

According to the study coordinator, Daniela Costa, the biggest challenge and objective of schools in Brazil is to bring connectivity in addition, so that students can enjoy access to teachers.
According to the data shared, it can be seen that educators play a fundamental role in educating students in the digital age.
This is because, as proven, they play an essential role in helping and supporting young people in situations such as: online harassment, excessive use of games and discrimination.
However, around 75% of professionals claim that there is still a lack of specific support, such as courses and specializations and for more in-depth use of the internet in the classroom.
