The campaign aims to offer financing for air tickets and accommodation as a way of encouraging tourism in the country.
According to the minister, the program will provide financing options with terms of up to 60 monthly installments, and with interest rates starting at 1.79% per month.
Banco do Brasil account holders will have the opportunity to pay in installments for the purchase of tourism packages, with the convenience of paying the first installment within 60 days, using automatic debit for installments following.
In addition to this initiative, Sabino announced that, soon, the National Tourism Development Plan will be presented to President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
It also informed that the World Tourism Organization (WTO), linked to the United Nations (UN), will establish a representation in Brazil, with headquarters in Rio de Janeiro.

Other projects already announced by the minister include the “Get to Know Brazil: Flying” program, in partnership with the Ministry of Ports and Airports, with the aim of promoting stopovers for foreign tourists from December.
Stopover is a practice that allows travelers to extend their connection on long-haul flights to explore more destinations.
Sabino also highlighted a publicity campaign that will involve at least 10% of the fleet of Airlines with stickers containing Brazilian tourist attractions and messages encouraging tourists.
This program is the result of a collaboration between the Ministry of Ports and Airports, the Brazilian Association of Airlines (Abear) and the airlines Azul, Gol, Latam and Voepass. Thus, it intends to stimulate tourism in national destinations.
