iPhone users have an effective tool for discovering music: Shazam integrated into the Siri virtual assistant. When listening to a song, just ask: “Hey Siri, what’s the name of that song?”.
Quickly, the virtual assistant shows you the result on the screen. And best of all, there's no need to download the Shazam app, the feature is already equipped on iOS.
However, if you are an Android or PC user, you can purchase Shazam from the Play Store or as a browser extension.
If you are on your computer and want to identify a song, the Shazam extension could be the solution.
To use it, install it through the platform's official website and, with the song playing, click on the application icon in the browser. It is worth mentioning that this functionality is exclusive to the Google Chrome.

Did you know that you can use Google Assistant to identify songs on your iPhone? Although you cannot use the standard “Ok, Google” command because it is a different operating system, there is still a way out.
Download Google Assistant from the App Store and, when you want to search for a song, activate the microphone manually. If you prefer, you can also configure Siri to call Google Assistant, and the command will be: “Hey, Siri. Okay, Google.”
Now, finding out the names of songs is even easier, regardless of the device you're using!
In addition to all the methods mentioned, it is important to remember to keep your applications and operating systems updated to ensure the effectiveness of your music search.
Quiet environments or environments with little external noise can improve detection of the desired range. If the first attempt does not return the expected result, do not be discouraged. Try again and check that the work is playing clearly.
Remember: with the evolution of technology, more and more songs are added to the databases of these applications, increasing the chances of finding exactly what you are looking for.
