This cutting-edge addition, aptly named Paint Cocreator, makes use of the Dall-E AI model, developed by OpenAI, to create images from user-supplied text descriptions.
In the latest version, accessible through the Canary and Dev channels, the Microsoft provides users with a detailed step-by-step guide on how to take advantage of this feature and generate illustrations with a simple command.
Cocreator empowers users to describe the images they have in mind, providing details like characters, colors, settings and textures, as well as the option to select your preferred artistic style, realistic or caricatured.
Subsequently, AI comes into action, seeking to bring these descriptive elements to life in the form of images.
With such functionality currently available in the pre-release version of Windows 11, it is reasonable to anticipate its release to all users on the stable version of the operating system in the near future.

The Cocreator tutorial can be found in Paint version 11.2309.28.0. This marks another step in improving the application that has been part of the Windows ecosystem for more than three decades.
It is worth noting that Microsoft recently updated Paint with a “layers” feature, making its layout more Similar to Adobe Photoshop, this allows users to edit various elements of an image in a individual.
In addition to this exciting new feature, Windows 11 continues to receive a series of AI-based tools. Chief among them is “Copilot,” an integrated virtual assistant powered by a robust language model.
It is slated to replace Cortana and is now available in pre-release version. The expectation is that future optimizations and improvements will make Copilot a permanent and essential part of the Windows 11 experience.
